 In the fight against boring food, the streets are our kitchen and flavour is our weapon.

We’re a food truck in Westport that takes inspiration from South East Asian Night Markets, American barbecue, and fiery Latin grills. 

Our manifesto is an always-changing menu featuring smoked meats, fried chicken, handmade roti, fresh salads, and house made sauces. Our smash burgers are known for being the best in Westport, with two signature favourites and weekly specials. 

It’s fast food, done right. Fresh, locally sourced ingredients, supporting local farmers and producers. Find us in the trenches next door to Shortjaw Brewery, where you can takeaway or dine in with a locally made craft beer. 

The revolution will be between two buns, wrapped in a roti, and fuelled by big smiles and full stomachs. 

Behind the Grill

Battle commanders Chops & Hogg are hospitality mercenaries, with a combined 45+ years experience, combat ready and hungry for more. Cleavers in hand, framed by flames and smoke, your comrades at Mister Chops will disarm you with cheeky banter before they ambush your tastebuds with a flavour assault.
